Electoral Literacy Cell

An Electoral Literacy Cell is a platform for engaging college students in engaging activities and hands-on experience to educate them on their electoral rights and to acquaint them with the electoral process of registration and voting. ELCs can also be found at colleges and rural areas. Through hands-on experience, teach the targeted people about voter registration, the political process, and related issues. II. Creating a culture of electoral participation, maximising informed and ethical voting, and adhering to the principles of 'Every vote counts' and 'No Voter Left Behind'. Students will be members of the cell. A person can become a member by registering at the start of the academic year.
