Title: Mother Child Care Centre

 Objectives-

1. To help the girl students and working women’s for pursuing their academic career.

Context-

The college has planned to start a 'Baal-Mata Sangopan Kendra' in the college keeping in mind the needs of female students and faculty. Mother professors and married students who attend college for study/teaching after childbirth. Child care facility should be available to them. Also, facilities should be available to the students to take rest on specific days as required. For this purpose, this activity is implemented in the college.

Practice-

College make separate arrangements in the hostel for female students and ladies staff. The room includes cradles, beds and infrastructure. Separate nanny is assigned by college. Superintendent of College Hostel Mrs. Eshwari Chaudhary is coordinator of this center. Medical facilities are available. For babies’ milk and food materials are available. Female professors can stay with the baby during off hours. If there are any questions related to women's health, the care center can be used. Child care time is 8.00 AM to 4.00 p.m. and separate committee is appointed to run the care center.

Evidence of Success-

Female professors/married students are staying with baby during off hours. Married pregnant girls are taking rest as per requirement. Higher education of married female students is continued.
