Department of Mathematics has been established in 1988 at general level. It offers graduate programme F. Y.B.Sc. Mathematics since 1988 and  S.Y.B.Sc. Mathematics since 1989. Department is largely involved giving  the students a sufficient knowledge of mathematics and enhancing problem solving abilities of student. Various activities are conducted to develop a positive attitude towards mathematics as an interesting and valuable subject of study.Various books on Mathematics are avaialable for students in main library. A department computer lab with internet, Wi-Fi connection is available for students.

Objectives:

1. To create interest in Mathematics.
2. To encourage creative usage of Mathematics.
3. To enhance skill of problem solving skill using computer.
