About B.B.A.(C.A.) Computer Application) Department

The B.B.A.(C.A.) Computer Application) course have started in year 2006. Since then the department of B.B.A. (Computer Application) is actively involved in academic teaching, counseling and extension activities. The first batch of the students consisted of 33 students. There were only two Asst Professors. Now the department has expanded into the full-fledged faculty consisting of 14 teachers. Being situated in rural area, initially the commerce and science faculty had poor enrollment. However, consistent counseling of students and interaction with parents resulted in better enrollment of students in the consequent years. Now the department has over 636 students.

  Objectives:

· To develop problem solving abilities using a computer.

· To build the necessary skill set and analytical abilities for developing computer based solutions for real life problems.

· To train students in professional skills related to Software Industry.

· To prepare necessary knowledge base for research and development in Computer Science.

· To help students build-up a successful career in Computer Science and to produce entrepreneurs who can innovate and develop software products.

 Eligibility for F.Y. B.B.A.(C.A.)

(a) H.S.C. (10+2) Level Examination in Arts,Commerce and Science 

Duration

Full Time Course and Duration is Three Years.
